HyVIEW™ for Hydrogen Fueling Stations
Station Design
Station configurations vary in terms of site-specific practicalities and architectural innovations. While certain stations are uncovered such as those shown in Figures 5 and 6 in the accompanying gallery, others are sheltered with canopies such as those shown in Figures 7-to 15. The majority of the canopies are similar to those used in current gasoline retail filling stations and provide shelter during the fueling operation although design innovations do appear as illustrated in figures 14 and 15. The Powertech CH2IP station has a unique canopy as well.
For the virtual representation for modeling, the CH2IP station design was retained with its canopy replaced by a representation of the conventional canopies.
